RULES FOR 2004 SUMMER DRAWING

1.All bowlers must pay and complete (3) games of bowling on each visit to YOSEMITE LANES.

2. Bowler must complete and drop official entry form in entry box.

3. Drawing for monthly prizes will be the1^st day of the following month.

4.Each winner will be notified by phone or mail. Winner’s pictures will be posted in Yosemite lanes.

5.Winners of the monthly drawing will be re-entered for the grand-prize drawing in August.

6. No YOSEMITE LANES employee or immediate family member will be eligible to win prizes.

7. Management reserves the right to re-adjust above rules and winners of this contest.
